We had windows put in 2 different times with this company and they remembered that they installed our door years ago through a previous owner of our house. I called to see where to get the rubber seal for our door to be replaced and they came out the next day, put a new seal on door, replace some brackets and oiled door. And they did not charge a dime. They stood by their product even when it was items that normally need to be replaced. I was very impressed with their commitment to customer service and when pricing windows, they were very competitive. I highly recommend them if you need security doors or windows and want very good customer service.
